At the heart of the show is Charlie Cale (played by Natasha Lyonne) an unlikely investigator with a unique gift for detecting deception. A casino worker turned fugitive, Charlie is always on the run, navigating a complex web of lies and danger.
Following a thrilling first season that saw Charlie outsmart the menacing head of security Cliff LeGrand (Benjamin Bratt) and track down multiple murderers, the new season promises more action, suspense, and intrigue.
What will happen in Poker Face season 2?
The new season picks up where the last one left off, with Charlie hitting the road once again after receiving a chilling call from crime boss Beatrix Halp (Rhea Perlman), who's embroiled in a fierce battle with four rival crime families.

Having declined Beatrix's offer to work for her, Charlie sets off in her trusty Plymouth Barracuda, using her extraordinary abilities to solve more murders and stay one step ahead of her pursuers.
According to the season two synopsis, "With her extraordinary ability to detect when someone is lying, Charlie Cale continues her journey on the road across the country, investigating crimes along the way."
It seems like business as usual for Charlie, but with the added pressure of being hunted by another ruthless crime syndicate.
